At Globekart, we know that the jewellery you buy from us is singular. You may want to purchase for yourself or gift them to your loved one. We therefore take special care when packing and delivering your jewellery. However, if you are discontented with your jewellery for any reason, we are happy to resolve the issue or exchange your product. That’s why we have a simple return and exchange policy for you. Please have a look for the terms and conditions below:
Return Policy - 100% Money Back Guarantee
Globekart offers a 100% money back guarantee if the product is returned within 30 days of shipping date with the product tag attached with the ornament due to manufacturing defect, wrong product shippment, broken product shipped or any other reason related to quality of the product. Our money back policy is as simple as that and ensures that your jewellery buying experience is a happy and satisfactory one.
We accept the product only in its original condition and without any tampering or custom engraving, with all related documents such as, Invoice, certificate, warranty card etc. shipped with the product.
How Return Logistic Works?
1. A customer needs to log a request on our website or call Globekart’s customer support to register a request for refund against the order number.
2. On approval of request for refund, an open and tamper proof courier bag (Once sealed cannot be broken), will be sent to the customer for the ornament to be returned. You need to secure your ornament with the certificate and original packing materials in the tamper proof bag sent by GlobeKart. Customers need to ensure that the courier bag is properly sealed before handing it over to the courier. Where the return shipment is not available from our partner couriers, we can also ask you to seal the original package with the ornaments(delivered condition), the certificates and courier us back at our given address from your near by courier company. We will reimburse the courier charges upto 200 Rs. You just need to scan the courier slip & send us to email@example.com.
3. Call our customer support team to arrange a pickup(if service available on that pin code else customer need to ship) of the returned product.
4. Our Customer Support team will inform you on receipt of the returned product.
How Money Refund Works?
1. On receipt of the returned product, Globekart will send the product to the related seller for originality testing and verify return verfification as per policy.
2. Once approved by the seller, you will be duly informed. You can either opt for 100% money back or choose an alternative product against your credit.
3. You will not be entitled to any refund in case the product is found tampered or damaged.
4. In case, return reason found invalid as per globekart policy and not approved by the seller due to orginality isssue; same prodtuct will be shipped back to customer and customer need to pay additional courier and shipping charges.
1. All the products can be exchanged based on the exchange policy of the related seller.
2. For the Exchange, a buyer needs to provide the original Invoice issued by the seller along with the ornament.
