For every product page, you can verify the availability of the delivery for your pin code. To check for delivery, enter your pin code in your selected product page.
How can I check COD available or not in my pin code?
For every product page, you can verify the availability of COD (Cash on Delivery) pertaining in your pin code.
How long it will take to deliver the order?
The delivery date of any product depends on the kind of product chosen and the shipping address provided by you along with the product ready stock availability. If an ordered product is available readily, the same will be shipped within 1-2 business days. Otherwise, it will take approximately 10-12 business days.
Please remember that business days doesn’t include Sundays and public holidays.

Please log in to your Globekart account and track your jewellery order in the ‘Order History’ segment of your account. Here, you will find the shipping information along with the tracking number to track the shipment.
Why did I receive partial order?
You received a partial order because the product shipped was based on the availability of the product and products may be shipped from different sellers in different time.

How can I assure about quality of the product?
All jewellery products sold through our website are supplied by well-known reputed brands. All gold ornaments are Hallmark certified. All our diamond jewellery mostly comes with a certificate and it ensures that the diamond you have purchased is 100% genuine.
Is your gold ornaments Hall Marked via BIS?
Yes, all our gold ornaments come with a Hallmark certification through BIS.
Is there any certification available for the purchased Diamond?
Yes, most of our diamond jewellery is shipped to customers with authentic certificate only. In the product page, you can find the information about the certification availability.

What are the modes of payment available?
With Globekart, you can make payments via cash on delivery (COD), VISA Cards, Master Cards and online banking. All Debit and Credit card data remain absolutely private and confidential. Globekart and our trusted payment gateways make use of highly secure SSL encryption technology to protect your card's confidential information.
What is COD? Is there any additional charge for COD?
COD means Cash on Delivery. You are not required to pay anything when ordering. However, you need to make the payment to the delivery person before the shipment is handed over to you, when courier reaches your place to deliver the ordered jewellery.
No, absolutely not. There are no additional charges for COD.

Delivery outside India
Can I get my delivery outside India?
No, right now we are delivering only in India. For any delivery availability related information against your preferred product, you can check our product pages.
Is my ornament secured during transit?
Yes, All our products are completely insured by Globekart till the time it reaches you safely. This means your online purchase is 100 percent safe.
How can I ensure about my finger or wristsize?
You can measure your ring / bangle size. Please follow the instructions provided on the Size Chart page.
I bought a product, but not fit to my size?
Say for instance, your ordered ring size does not fit you, No worries at all! Please call our customer support. We will ensure a return shipment for you. If you need a bigger ring size, we will charge you the difference price of the new ring size as per thecatalogue price in Globekart.com of the same make and design. In case you need a smaller ring, we will be pleased to make a refund of the additional amount paid by you while ordering. This is only applicable on re-sizing requests received within 30 days of the shipping date.
Now, if the design of the ring doesn’t allow resizing, we can replace it with a new ring of a matching size once customer agreed to pay the resizing charges, which will be informed to customer before intiating return.
Order Cancellation/Wrong Shipment
How do I place an order cancel request?

Is there any charge on order cancellation?
No, not at all.Globekart doesn’t charge for order cancellation. However,you must cancel your order within 5 days of ordering or shipping, whichever is earlier.
What should I do, if I receive a wrong product?

How much time it will take for the replacement?
Ans: Replacement will generally depend on the availability of your ordered replaced product. Normally, Globekart takes 15-20 days to process a replacement request.
What should I do, if I received physically damaged product?
Please inform our customer support at +91 8336953080(9.00am to 9.00 pm). We will arrange return shipment for you and initiate the action to deliver the right product to you.
What should I do, if I received a tampered package?
Please check the package thoroughly before you accept it. In case of any signs of tampering, do not accept the same and call our customer support immediately at +91 8336953080(9.00am to 9.00 pm). Tampered package delivery must be reported before taking delivery.
What happens, if my order gets cancelled by Globekart?
Ans: Based on the viability of the shipment or other factors, Globekart reserves the right to cancel full or partial order any time. Cancelation of full or partial order will be informed to customers accordingly. In case a customer has made a prepayment, refund for the cancelled amount will be initiated.
How much time will it take to get my money back after refund?
We will take between 7-15 days to process your request for refund. For customer who made payments in advance, the refund amount will be credited to the same account from where the payment was made. The refund can also be made in the form of an NEFT transfer to your bank account.
How will I receive the refund against my card payment?
For all card payments, the refunded amount will be credited right away to your bank account from where the payment was made. You will receive the refund after Globekart receives your jewellery. How the returns of the COD take place?If you have opted to pay by 'Cash on Delivery', the refund will be credited either in the form of SD Cash and / or an NEFT transfer to your bank account. For an NEFT transfer, we will need the following details:

- Account Holder Name
- Bank Account Number
- Branch Address
- IFSC Code
Do I need to pay for the shipment of the refund / return product?
No, Globekart offers free refund and return shipping. We delight our customers by providing complimentary return shipping on all exchanges, refunds, or resizing for all jewellery within our 30 days money back policy. Again, if you choose to call our customer support team, we will send a courier to your place to pick the product from you.
